2. When was your dream?

3. Briefly outline the waking-life event which later occurred.

4. How long after the dream did the waking-life event occur?

5. Did you know the dream was precognitive when you woke in the morning? (Yes/No)

    a) If Yes, describe why (what was it about the dream?)

    b) If No, did you see anything unusual about your dream when you looked back on it after the waking-life event occurred (i.e. after you realised it was precognitive)?

6. How did you feel when the waking-life event began to occur: i.e. at the moment you realised that your dream was occurring in waking life?

7. Do you feel you handled the waking-life event differently because of the dream? In what way?

8. Any other comment on your experience?

B) A Symbolic Precognitive Dream

13. Did you interpret your dream before the waking-life event occurred? (Yes/No)

If Yes: Sometimes, looking back, we see misunderstandings in our original interpretation of our symbolic precognitive dreams. Once the waking-life event occurs, we might look back and understand the dream more clearly. I am interested to look at these differences and the enlightenment which can occur looking back after the event.

    a) Did anyone help you with your original interpretation? Who?(e.g. friend, psychologist, dream interpreter.)

    b) Briefly outline your original interpretation.

    c) After the waking-life event, did you look back and see a different interpretation for your original dream? If yes, please outline your 'hindsight' interpretation.

14. Did you know your dream was precognitive when you woke in the morning? (Yes/No)

    a) If Yes describe why (what was it about the dream that made you realise it was precognitive?)
