There were two or three cats that all belonged to me* (see note).
They were all pedigree and most of them had long fluffy fur coats.
Something or someone had spooked them and they were all running inside to take refuge. One cat in particular, a Persian, jumped straight into my arms and was shaking. As I stroked her she was shedding a lot of fur and it was clumped in my hands.
I felt uneasy and awoke still feeling very uneasy.
Note:
* I don't actually have any cats.
During the course of the day I found that both my children (17yrs & 13yrs) had also had a very restless and sleepless night.
My daughter (17yrs) dreamt that we were burgled while we were all asleep. In her dream the police came and one of the policemen was her great grandmother who often enters our dreams.
My daughter went to her grave this afternoon to place some flowers on her tombstone and clean away the weeds.
My Son (13yrs) dreamt very vividly that he was running all night. Consequently he fell asleep during school today on numerous occasions.
Recently my partner was employed in a new job that keeps him away two weeks at a time. Perhaps we are all feeling a little insecure in his absence.
