Just want to say that whilst it's obviously up to you what action you do or don't take in relation to this guy in waking reality IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT to treat EVERYTHING and EVERYONE in a dream as a symbolic aspect of Self.
Very often whilst we may dream of someone as you have done here that doesn't necessarily mean that the other person is even aware of what we experience and often such people are only representing the masculine or feminine energy within Self.
Whilst it is also possible that yes you have connected with this guy's Spirit/Soul in your dream and that yes he may find you attractive it is YOUR dream which you have created for your self.
In this particular dream, if it were mine I would look at what this guy represents to me i.e. what is it that you see in him - both positive traits and what you see as negative. I would also look at what I am hiding from and trying to find within myself and in this particular dream my sense is that it relates to the expression of your own sexuality.
Schools represent learning and hallways are like passageways leading you from one place to another. Hallways are also similar to birth canals and can indicate that possibly once you connect consciously with whatever he is showing you about yourself that you will then give birth to something new within yourself.
