Subject: Crash of Glass

Anne

I had wakened some little time before and was laying with my eyes closed. All of a sudden there was this big crash, like someone had dropped a crate of bottles, smashing them.

My dog hadn't moved. She hadn't heard the crash. She usually barks at the least little sound.

I know I wasn't asleep, but seem to think that I wasn't quite fully awake at the time.

Hi Anne

I have a lot of experiences in the space between waking and sleeping. The only thing I can think of would be that the bottles could represent issues that you've bottled up and perhaps the breaking signifies the release of them?

Glass always makes me think of "perspective" too. I'm assuming they were 'glass' bottles?

Or, perhaps something to do with no longer keeping your emotions 'bottled up'. The crash might signify a sudden change in you?

Just some ideas. I never discount these experiences as meaningless.
